only posting this because of one thing, ordered via app, the moment I entered the place the barista put my drink on the counter, literally 0 second perfect timing! ok hands down my favorite branch! well fated app deals remain the onli reason y anyone would b a regular customer beverage wise, bottled coffee better get without sugar, the spanish one is quite sweet, general coffee is quite decent at this price point, other creme or dirty variations r ok zus certainly came a long long long way, from subpar beginnings to very well organised expansion. hey u r the onli chain which has successfully pulled me in back to commitment update: flavor wise, the vietnamese latte was santanic! I personally prefer the black coffee with cream and foam, as they are mild and less diabetic compared with the heavier spanish brews. certainly way more value for money with vouchers, compared to a certain ubiquitous dessert brand with a snowman

My order came out quickly, and the whole team seemed well-organized and welcoming. It made the experience even more enjoyable. The outlet itself was clean, modern, and cozy. Plenty of seating, a calm atmosphere, and good music playing in the background — not too loud, just right. It’s a nice spot for relaxing, catching up with friends, or even getting a bit of work done. ZUS Pandan Indah is definitely one of the better outlets I’ve visited so far. The quality of the drinks and food, combined with excellent customer service and a comfortable setting, really makes it stand out. It also helps that ZUS offers premium-tasting coffee at affordable prices, making it a great alternative to the bigger chains. I’ll definitely be returning soon to try more of their menu. I tried so many Zus before but this brach made a very good classic coffee, not sure why the standard so different with other outlet. Atmosphere only can give 2 star because even go down to pick you still need to pay parking fees, so normally will ask my daughter drive and I go down pick up, easier that way.

nice environment here ! i took order by walkin , staff at cashier very good at suggesting . should took bundle set instead the ala-carte ya guys !
